The homeless are the minority in this utilitarianism situation. While we believe that these laws are being made because they are helpful but we fail to see the fact that they have no say in what happens even though these laws are directed at them. By not allowing the people impacted by homelessness to have a voice we take away there right as humans, isolate them and also criminalize them. Laws like the urban camping law are not necessary.
